About Reeve Capital Funding

Reeve Capital Funding is a commercial financing broker, not a direct lender. We facilitate the introduction of business owners to funding opportunities through our Cash Distribution Partner. Approval, funding amounts, and terms are determined solely by our Cash Distribution Partner through their underwriting process. Approval is not guaranteed.

Eligibility

To apply through our platform, you must:

• Be a business owner or authorized principal of a registered business
• Operate a business that has been incorporated for at least five months
• Have a business bank account with at least $5,000 in average monthly deposits
• Not be operating a California-based business (we do not serve California businesses)

Application and Submission

By submitting an application, you certify that all information provided is true and accurate to the best of your knowledge. Providing false or misleading information may result in disqualification and may have legal consequences.

Submitting an application does not constitute an agreement, commitment, or guarantee of funding. Your application will be reviewed by our Cash Distribution Partner, and all final decisions rest with them.

Communications Consent

By submitting an application, you consent to receive calls, text messages, and emails from Reeve Capital Funding regarding your application. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text message or by contacting us directly. Consent is not required as a condition of receiving funding.

No Legal or Financial Advice

Nothing on our website or in our communications constitutes legal, financial, tax, or investment advice. You should consult with appropriate professionals before entering into any financing arrangement.

Limitation of Liability

Reeve Capital Funding is a broker only. We are not responsible for the terms, conditions, or actions of our Cash Distribution Partner. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount of any broker fee paid to us.
